Seller of record

Purchases of the Ocira course and repository are sold and invoiced by our Merchant of
Record, Lemon Squeezy
(Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who is responsible for payment processing, taxes, and
invoicing. The product and course content are provided by the Provider above.

Website & course hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and the course video is streamed via Cloudflare
Stream
(Cloudflare, Inc.).

Consumer complaints — Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico

In accordance with DL n.º 156/2005 (as amended, incl. DL n.º 74/2017 for the electronic
book), consumers may submit a complaint through the electronic complaints book:

The competent market-supervision authority for consumer matters in Portugal is the
Direção-Geral do Consumidor (DGC) / ASAE (as applicable).

Alternative dispute resolution (RAL)

Under Lei n.º 144/2015, consumers may resolve disputes out of court through an alternative
dispute-resolution (RAL) entity. The competent entity for distance/online consumer disputes is
CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt).

Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025; we therefore
do not link it. The RAL information duty above continues to apply.

Sanctions / restricted territories

We do not sell into jurisdictions or territories subject to applicable EU or US sanctions,
including Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and the occupied / non-government-
controlled territories of Ukraine. Orders from these locations will be declined.

Intellectual property

Website content is owned by the Provider or its licensors; demo photographs are used under their
respective open licences with attribution (see the site credits). The licence to purchased
Materials is set out in the EULA.
