Ocira — Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Ocira is digital content delivered immediately (a streamed video course + an instant
repository download). This policy explains your refund and withdrawal rights worldwide. Purchases
are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who handles the refund mechanics.

1. EU / EEA / UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA (or UK), you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a
distance purchase. However, for digital content supplied immediately you lose that right
once supply has begun, provided that at checkout you:
1. gave express consent to immediate access, and
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

You give both at checkout (see the consent boxes). Therefore, once you download the repository or
start the course, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. Before you do either, you may
withdraw for a full refund within 14 days.

2. Everyone else (US, Ukraine, rest of world)

The same commercial rule applies: because the product is delivered instantly, we offer a refund
only if you have not yet downloaded the repository and have watched less than 20%
of the course, and you request it within 14 days of purchase. After download/substantial
viewing, the sale is final.

3. Faulty or materially-not-as-described Materials

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If the Materials are materially
defective or not as described (e.g. the repository is corrupt, the course is inaccessible),
contact us — you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law (in the EU, including the
Portuguese DL n.º 84/2021 on digital-content conformity), regardless of the limits above.

4. How to request a refund

E-mail e.nayshtetik@gmail.com with your order ID within the window above. Approved refunds are
issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business
days.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a
chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in termination of your licence under the EULA.
