Ocira — Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-06-29
These Terms govern your use of the Ocira website and the purchase process. The
Materials you buy (the course and the reference repository) are governed by the separate
End-User License Agreement (EULA.md), and refunds by the Refund & Withdrawal Policy
(REFUND_POLICY.md). If there is a conflict, the EULA governs the Materials and these Terms
govern the website.
1. Who we are
The website is operated by Yevgen ("Eugene") Nayshtetik, individual entrepreneur, NIF
325061653, Lisbon, Portugal — see the Legal Notice (LEGAL_NOTICE.md) for full provider
details. Contact: e.nayshtetik@gmail.com.
2. The product and the seller of record
Ocira is an educational product (a video course plus a reference code repository).
Purchases are sold and invoiced by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, whose checkout terms
also apply to the transaction. We provide the Materials; Lemon Squeezy handles payment, tax, and
invoicing.
3. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the site; attempt unauthorised access; scrape or republish
site content beyond normal browsing; or use the site unlawfully. We may suspend access for misuse.
4. Intellectual property of the website
The website and its content (text, images, demos, design) are owned by us or our licensors and
protected by law. Demo photographs are used under their respective licences with attribution (see
the site credits). You may not copy or reuse site content except as allowed by law or with our
permission. The licence to the purchased Materials is set out in the EULA, not here.
5. Purchases, pricing, and availability
Prices are shown at checkout (the Merchant of Record applies any taxes). We may change prices,
content, or availability at any time. Completed purchases are governed by the EULA and the Refund &
Withdrawal Policy.
6. Eligibility and restricted territories
You may not purchase or use the Materials if doing so is prohibited by applicable sanctions or
export-control laws. We do not sell into sanctioned jurisdictions or territories (see the Legal
Notice). By purchasing, you confirm you are not located in, or ordering from, a restricted
territory.
7. No professional advice; "as is" website
Website content is provided for general information. The site is provided "as is" without
warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits any non-excludable consumer
rights you have under mandatory law.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third parties (e.g. the checkout, the video host). We are not responsible for
their content or practices; their terms apply.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited
by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or non-excludable
consumer rights).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Lisbon have
jurisdiction — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and forum you have
in your country of residence.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the current version is posted here. Questions: e.nayshtetik@gmail.com.
